Hi, when the project starts? I get only the message: http://climateapps2.oucs.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc/ - 2004-08-05 15:42:47 - Sending request to scheduler: http://cpdncc.comlab.ox.ac.uk/cpdn_cgi/cgi http://climateapps2.oucs.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc/ - 2004-08-05 15:43:09 - Scheduler RPC to http://cpdncc.comlab.ox.ac.uk/cpdn_cgi/cgi failed http://climateapps2.oucs.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc/ - 2004-08-05 15:43:09 - No schedulers responded |

Sorry, there was a slight glitch -- you should put in http://climateprediction.net for the "Attach Project", although you can also put "http://climateapps2.oucs.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc" now (there was a problem before that it had cpdncc.comlab in there which was an old server). Please "Detach Project" and then reattach using "http://climateprediction.net" |

Anyway, good to hear from you, Myles. |

Hi, unfortunately you need our latest BOINC 4.x client, so you cannot run 3.20 clients with it. |

I must run two Boinc at the same time? Because i want to calculate Seti WU`s and Clima WU`s. But if i start boinc for two times, i can`t set the project share. Don`t know, what i do now. /edit i can`t run two boinc clients. I stand for a big problem ^^. |

Hi, if you are running SETI WU's with 3.20 then you should stay with that. The CPDN/BOINC is a beta with BOINC 4.x (which is "brand new" and only used on CPDN at the moment as far as I know). Soon (probably a month) when projects all start using version 4.x it will be easier & possible to add CPDN with other BOINC projects. CPDN required the features of BOINC 4.x but eventually we'll all be using the same major version and can add projects etc. |

At least if you run this project there is a lot better chance your computer will not run dry on work :-) THe mail with key should be changed to make it the correct url that we should be using. I am guessing the climateprediction.net is the most correct url???? |
