Two uses on Q & A, Windows section, have posted with this error code.
The user linked below has had it 5 times. Previous to this he had 6 with error code -5.

Does anyone have ideas? (Cause and/or cure.)

Does this mean it is a windows problem?

CPDN uses at least one DLL, and it may be this that failed to initialise. Perhaps a re-install may work?

I get that error message now. My Boinc is claiming no schedulers are responding. I get the error message when I reach the end of phase two, with network connection disabled (in Boinc). I'm going to try it now with the connection enabled to see if it helps.
