Uploaded on 21 june a sucessful work unit no 451259
(result id 679229) I have got full credit for my 72 trickles. Missing run information for phase3 and All.
When can I expect to see these two result ? I know that you had some problems with your systems lately.
I am afraid my effort is wasted since no final result is reported. Is it valid ? Can you make use of it ?

Hi, the phase charts on the website are not "mandatory" for a run being completed, if the run is over and status "Success/Over" as yours is, then the uploads seem to have gone through fine. The "mega-trickle" with the phase 3 information seems to have gotten munged when the servers were having trouble the past few weeks unfortunately, but the rest of the data is probably fine (although I realize it is annoying not to be able to see your full run graphs etc).

as you can see on the project stats page, there are quite a bit of runs now that have finished and missing a phase graph, hopefully now that the servers are reworked and things are more stable, this will not reoccur.

If you want to see your graphs you could use one of the visualisation packages

Carl,

I think there is a risk that people will look at your post then go to look at their results for the over/success status, find that isn't showing and then worry about past results. Hopefully in future it will be OK, but for the past I suspect the over/success status has suffered as much as the graphs. Hopefully neither means that any of the science uploads have failed because we know the results database has had problems. There is no indication that the upload servers or science databases have had any problems, but confirmation of that is sorely needed. Without such confirmation, people have a tendancy to assume the worst.

I think participants would like some easy and good way of checking that everything went well. Something like a column for KB uploaded updated weekly (measured off the science database ideally) would be nice in order to know that it has got through.
