I currently have three models on my machine. One of them has not started to run, at all (2fa0_100134258_0). This is not a system problem I suspended it when it downloaded to prevent it from running and keep the other two moving along. The other two models (2g9s_200135558_1, and 074h_000014163_1) are at Phase 1 trickle 23, and Phase 1 Trickle 7 respectively. The first shows 900 hours to completion. The second still shows over 1500 hours to completion. I want these two to run to completion.

But I would like to know, if the second one is a sulphur cycle model? How do you tell?

I would very much like to run a Sulphur cycle model along with the two I have running, but I do not know how to go about downloading one. And I do not want to mess up the science by aborting the third model I have unless this would not be a problem.

I have already installed the new Mac OS library software to get ready for this.

Is there some way to specifically download a SC model? If I can do this I would run all three.

I think that there are 3 ways to tell:
1. Sulphur is version 4.19 (at least in Windows)
2. It has VERY big downloads, and slightly larger uploads
3. If you go to your results page and select a model\'s \"Work unit ID\", the application description will tell you.

I think it\'s kind of random now to get a sulphur or slab model. The sulphur models all start with \"45xx\" or so, I think the range is \"45xx to 47xx\" (where xx is anything from 00 to zz). But it should say \"sulphur_cycle 4.19\" in the BOINC Manager (as opposed to \"hadsm3 4.13\")

Thanks for the input. I obviously do not have a SC model. I would like to work one of these. I would also like to see the new GUI version of the graphics for the Mac.

if you\'re not very far in (so as not to waste the time you\'ve spent!) and you have a newer BOINC client, you can do an \"Abort Result\" and odds are you\'ll get a sulphur cycle run.
