core client is out of date

If you are truly paranoid then uninstall your current version of Boinc before you upgrade. The uninstall process does not remove your current model. The upgrade, once installed, will take over the model correctly. (of course this is all assuming that you are running a Windows client.....) ID: 16942 · Reply Quote

Some of the changes made since that version are incompatible with older versions of the client and you could have problems if you don\'t uninstall first.
