Windows 2003 Server -- just stalls trying to connect to local host

However, I install bonic on Windows 2003 Server, installs no problem but when bonic starts up, it just sits there with the message on lower right task area, \'connecting to local host\'. Last November I had bonic running on it fine. With upgrades, no joy, including, Version 5.2.12 -- gave up on version 5.2.13 -- same problem. Any suggestions please? ID: 20030 · Reply Quote

The two parts in the new 5.* versions talk to each other through ports, and so need extra ports open.
