I keep getting this message once a second, over and over again. How do I get rid of it. If I connect it to the internet then the connection seems to be going at full speed for much longer than previously experienced. HELP!!!!

I have a 1024mb Pentium 4 processor, and broadband internet access.

When connected to the internet I seem to be receiving something big - I have a download limit on the broadband I\'m using.

The HTTP thing may be because the servers are running hot with people from the BBC project.
Time will tell.

The program files ARE big.
