BOINC 4.45 on WinXP Pro, always-on cable internet.

I am on my second climate prediction project on BOINC and as the first was running I watched the Disk Space usage gradually climb up to nearly 1 GB. Since the second project started it continued to climb. I had thought this disk space usage was the results file for the project and that the data would be uploaded to climateprediction and then deleted from my computer but this seems not to have happened. What is the explanation for having a never decreasing disk space usage; now at 1.23 GB, while 13.43% into the second project?

Try this in the BOINC Wiki for info on space used.

BOINC 4.45 has a least 2 bugs which will cause problems for this project.
It\'s recommended that you upgrade to 5.2.13, available from here.

Also, your first model may have crashed, leaving behind a lot of files. I can\'t help further with this, as you have your computers hidden.
