I am running the successful WALES team over on the BBC CPDN experiment.

I would like to start up a team with the same name over here in the main CPDN site.

Trouble is that there is already a WALES team here, but its only got one member and it looks like it\'s dormant.

I have no way of contacting the current admin XEBEDY to ask if I can take over. Can someone as an admin get to him/her and ask if this is OK, otherwise can I be made the new team Admin ?

I\'d rather not create a team with a similar name as it is likely to be confusing to prospective members coming over from the BBC experiment.

I\'d be really grateful if anyone could help.

Wish it were possible for Moderators to help but this Board works differently than the other CPDN forum. Also wish I could tell you when Carl or Tolu will be along to flip the appropriate bits -- but they are up to their armpits in alligators these days...

I don\'t think that it\'s possible unless you can contact the creator. Several people have posted about their team creator disappearing, and not being able to \'promote\' someone else.
A bit of drawback in the system. :(

Never mind. I\'ll ask again maybe over in the BBC boards and see if I can capture Carls attention. ;-)

In the meantime there\'s no rush as most users will stay over in the BBC experiment for a long while yet.
