I am running my climate model and receiving CPU hours but I am not receiving any credit for it. I have already downloaded the model, deleted it, and re-stalled it, and I still have the same problem. Everything seems to be running well accept for the fact that I cannot receive any credit for it. Please give me suggestions/help for this. Thanks.

It takes a while on the new models before trickles will send. It took days before one of mine sent back the first trickle (the box is doing multiple projects).

You don\'t get credit until you\'ve earned it. You earn it by returning data to the server in the form of trickles. This takes time, and killing off a model before it gets that far just means that you have to start again from scratch.

It may take a whole day to get to a trickle point, so if your computer isn\'t on for long each day, it\'ll take a long while to get there.
The total running time is around 2000 hours, perhaps a bit more, and trickles are on the 1st of December of each model year.

Running the screen saver will slow things down, as the porcessor has to work on that as well, so it\'s best to set it \'blank\', or \'none\', and use the \'Show graphics\' button in the Work tab to look at the model for brief periods.

I have 45 CPU hours and almost 2% finished (I\'m running just CP on one of my cores) and I have yet to get credit or have any successful trickles. I get

Sending scheduler request to ....
Reason: Trickle (or something along that line)
Note: not requesting new work or reporting results

CPDN seasonal is working fine. I tried using the reqistry edit in http://climateprediction.net/info/users_faq.php but those keys don\'t exist for me.

The trickle calculations are days behind... (various different causes).

I am currently about 4 trickles behind (sent trickles not yet showing publicly). 1 appeared today; four days after it was sent. I am sure the others will show once the servers have caught up.

Please be patient and don\'t start killing WUs just because trickles are showing up late!
