I have had models running on my computer for over a year but have had nothing in the past few weeks. Are you have trouble communicating with my PC or is there some other problem?

Hi Robert,

There\'s good news and bad news:

The bad news is that models are being downloaded to your PC on a daily basis, but are crashing instantly.

The good news is that this is really easy to fix. The 4.19 version of boinc is incompatible with the current model, and you\'ll need to upgrade to 5.2.13 (or 5.4.x if you\'re feeling brave!)

But note that you\'ll need to uninstall 4.19 first, otherwise you might end up with a hybrid of 4.19 and 5.x which doesn\'t work properly.
