Maybe someone else has gotten this message before. I was in year 2046 looking forward to getting to 2080 soon (relatively speaking). Today I came home and saw that my model was done because a \"client error\" had occured. I feel cheated. I was looking forward to the final result. Could someone please explain what happened and why if there was some sort of error it quit the model all together? It is no longer listed in my \"work\" tab. Thanks. |

You\'ve also had the exit code -1073741502 on your 2 sulphur models. As far as we\'ve been able to find out, it\'s a Windows message caused by something to do with a display/graphics clash, possibly when several programs all want a lot of the same type of resource. Sometimes it can be cured by updating the driver for the graphics card, from the card maker\'s website. Also the drivers for DirectX. However, as your Account page says your computer has 502.07 Megs, and ram comes in sticks of 512 Megs, it\'s possible that you don\'t have a separate card, so the update would need to be for your mother board. There are some more hints and tips here, especially in the original post. Finally, a backup would have saved your model. Which is just copy and paste of the BOINC folder, AFTER the model has been stopped, and BOINC exited. |

The screen saver can take away CPU time, also. I personally leave it as blank, or just shut off my monitor. Saves electricity, CPU cycles, and many times grief. |
