Ive just updated and my cpdn has dissappeared from tasks. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled but i still have nothing help.

When you say updated, do you mean updated the Boinc Manager? If so, the most common reason for things \'disappearing\' is that the installation directory is different from the original installation to the new one.

If so, then uninstall the new one, then re-install it again, but in the original location.
