I just downloaded the latest BOINC from Berkeley. This replaced my existng BBC Climate Change Boinc with a vanilla one. It cancelled whatever I was processing and now when I look at my history/credit etc there is none even though I finshed a project a few weeks ago.

Which is why the instructions to BBC people are to NOT download a normal version.

If you must have the latest version, then delete it, and download it again, but this time install it in the BBC CCE folder, and NOT the default folder.
Then your BBC models will be back again.

Well the reason I upgraded is that I noticed a message on the startup that said a later version now available and go to Berkeley to get it !!!!. Thanx for the help on how to get back to BBC.
