why cant my p4 266g sp2 with 512mb ram run this project and my celeron r 240g sp2 and 256mb ram can?? im on dial up but i keep up with my benchmarks and trickel ups but it still doesnt do any good! anybody got any ideas??

Your P4 is a mobile, with some kind of integrated graphics. Laptops can overheat rather easily, but the errors you\'ve had are of the -107... variety which often have to do with graphics driver issues. I would go to your laptop manufacturer\'s website and download the latest video drivers, or if they are intel integrated graphics, go to Intel support and download them from there.

My celeron is also a mobil.....help!!! both lap tops!!!!!!!

Probably, the Celeron problem is due to lack of sufficient memory when display suddenly goes from text to graphs, and the P4 is, as geophi said, a driver problem. An update of the DirectX driver may also help.
