I recently had a virus attack my computer, and had to do a reinstall of Windows. I still have all the files as the model was running. As I was about a third of the way through the model, how do I reattach that model to the program to complete?

I haven’t done it, but I understand that the correct procedure it to copy your latest virus free copy of the BOINC directory back to Program Files and then install BOINC into that directory. It should then carry on as normal. See discussion here
