In \"General preferences\" in your Account page.
Once you\'ve clicked OK, go to the Projects tab of the Manager, and click the Update button.

People have the misconception by setting this to 90%, they will see the processor run at 90%. This is wrong. It works on a 10 second cycle, so 90% is running at 100% for 9 seconds and 1 second idle. If 50% it\'s 1 second on 1 second idle. So, you physically may never see a difference in Task Manager, but it does make a difference. My laptop at 90% is getting a better RAC than it did at 100%. Also I notice the fan doesn\'t stay at high speed all the time.
