I\'m running several projects on BOINC, and my climateprediction project says \"Waiting to run\". What does that mean? How do i get it to run?

Each processor can only do one unit at a time. Your machine has two processors, so only 2 unit at a time. If you are running more than one project, the units will round-robin the work. So when one goes to waiting to run, it\'s just in a paused state waiting for it\'s turn.

You can give priorities, but it will still round-robin. It does it via a debt system. So, when BOINC has determined it\'s time for a project to run, it runs.

Best thing is to let it do it\'s own thing. Playing / micromanaging can and does cause issues.

You machine is plenty fast enough to do the work.
