The BOINC client (v. 4.13) on my computer is reporting an error \"Can\'t parse scheduler reply\" when it tries to contact the server to send a trickle. This issue has been reported before by another user (nearly a year ago) when it was suggested that it was caused by a problem with project preferences. I\'ve tried changing these to no avail. My machine has been working on the model for a long time, has some change been made to the server in the interim which could have affected this? I started getting these errors a few days ago so it would seem that it was a long time for there to be a problem at the server end. |

Wow, 2 years and still not done? It shows that the system retired it, because it took too long, and it\'s no longer needed. Those type of units were done with a while ago. Your machine is not strong enough to do the new units. The new ones are a 160 year models. I suggest other projects for your machine. It\'s not going to be able to do CPDN, anymore. |

The minimum computer spec for current models is 512Mb RAM (you\'ve got that) and 1.6GHz CPU, which you haven\'t. Cpdn news |

And BOINC version 4.13 was found way back in 2005 to be extremely buggy. You should have updated to at least 4.19 back then. The new models here require a version 5.* to work. Just released is 5.8.11 |
