I have recently switched from one computer to a \'new\' one, where my old hard drive is now a slave drive to the master on my \'new\' computer. A friend transfered a whole load of my programs across for me, including Boinc, but it seems to crash since this was done and isn\'t as reliable. The OS is the same, not a lot has changed in terms of software, just a faster/better computer. So I\'m wondering if I need to uninstall reinstall the software but if I do this will I lose all my data? What\'s the best way to proceed/repair the program? Thanks!
