why even have a password for a charity project??? fundamentally stupid. I was going to contribute (again) but your system won\'t work with BOINC because BOINC REQUIRES A PASSWORD. How idiotic! You didn\'t email my passord to me, you emailed a key. These are not the same and I just don\'t understand why you would want to make us jump through so many hoops to help. Silly.

A lot has changed since you were here last.

A password is now provided as an alternative to the account key, but YOU HAVE TO MAKE UP ONE YOURSELF!
Go to the top of your Account page to do this.
(The password was introduced because so many people complained to ALL of the projects about the Account key being too hard to use.)

And get rid of BOINC version 4.13! It\'s extremely buggy. (Use Windows Uninstall to do this.)
Since late 2005, the climate models have needed a BOINC version of 5.* to work.
The latest is 5.8.15
