Somehow on 30 Jan 2007 one of my PC\'s went from 97,022 credits to zero and has since only climbed to about 3,000. Similar thing happened with QMC but only from 4,900 credits has anyone else seen this? How can I get them back, I\'ve been crunching for two years to get these credits Brendin |

Was it the one running Vista? If so, was this upgraded on 30/1? (Either OS or BOINC version.) If the BOINC version was upgraded from an earlier version such as the 4.43 that you have on another computer, then the processor description will change to be more verbose, and the server will give you a new computer ID, as the description no longer matches the original description. Thus the credits will start again from scratch, but your total credits will stay the same as if nothing had happened. And you need to upgrade the BOINC version of ALL of your computers to a 5.* version, as the latest climate models need facilities not available in the 4.* versions, to work properly. |

Your overall credit for CPDN looks fine, no sudden loss on the 30th Jan. Host stats will sometimes reset when the PC changes, but this isn\'t significant. I'm a volunteer and my views are my own. News and Announcements and FAQ |

Are you saying you can not see the hosts with the credits? Click on \"All hosts\" and you will see the missing hosts. |
