my C2D 512434 dont receive the credit for the WU it calculate hadcm3ohe_0guu_05670184 since one month; it statistics fall to 0, i dont see in the computer area result it send every time.

Strange, because it seemed working right, the WU.
What to do to repear this ?

The error was:

Model crashed: umshell1.f: ATM_DYN : NEGATIVE THETA DETECTED. GA
Fatal crash! :-(

It\'s possible that this was due to a computer instability, but far more probably due to the values used in the dataset of the model.
Finding these unrealistic values is one of the aims of this project, and there\'s only one way to do it. :(

You need to allow a new dataset to download for that computer.
The newly released models are different, in that they write to the HD a lot less, and may be a bit faster as well.

It did crash on 16 March, but Denis must have restored it from a backup and (unusually for a model with this error message) it\'s happily processing and progressing again. If you scroll right down on Denis\'s page you linked to, you see that the computer ID number changes on 16 March.

Your credits should then reappear.
