Message 30041 - Posted: 17 Aug 2007, 16:15:13 UTC

Hello,

I have finished my BBC projects and want to press the \"detach\" button so that it does not show up anymore in my projects list. The only problem is that it is \"grey\" and not active.

Actually I could not press the detach-button for the other 2 projects either.

How can I resolve this. Thanks

Sigi

If you plan to run work here on the main site, don\'t detach BBC yet. (Your account is already established here, under the same name.) Both projects are required to synchronize the CPID (Cross-Project ID)so your BBC work will show in your account here, and on stats sites.

Did you click on the Project name before trying to detach?

I have 2 projects running actively - Seti and CPDN. BBC is still on the list under the tab \"projects\". Actually I could not detach from any project even if I wanted to as the button \"detach\" is only grey and not active.

My question is just simply - why is this button not active

Thanks

A project name MUST be highlighted before buttons become active.

That does not change anything. I have tried it before.

Could a reason be that I run BAM?

Sigh.

Yes!
If you run BAM, then you have to do EVERYTHING through BAM.
If only you had told us this at the start.

Gridrepublic is another account manager, so you need to detach through that.
