BOINC uses the same correction factor for the entire project, no matter which model(s) you run. So...my time estimates are roughly the same for both, but neither is entirely accurate. I am running an AMD Opteron system if that makes a difference.

Question: In general, which model takes more time to run? The HadAM or the HadSM models?

hadam is a hi-res model, creating a climate at 10 minute intervals.
hadsm is a low res model, creating a climate at 30 minute intervals.

One of my current hadam models is running at 18.14 s/TS; while a hadsm on the same Q6600 is running at 1.38 s/TS.

Looking though one of the diaries, a hadsm takes about 11.5 days, and a hadam takes about 13.
This is 24/7, with no other projects.

It will also be affected by your CPU. I find some run quicker on one PC but others run quicker on a different PC.
