Hi, Everyone. I have a question. Windows 7 has just become available in public beta and I was wondering if it is compatible with BOINC in general and ClimatePrediction in particular? I haven’t seen anything on the boards about it. I tried searching “Windows 7”, but, it just listed every entry were “Windows” is mentioned. Not surprisingly there are quite a few.

PeteB tried it and had success, although there hasn\'t been a lot written about it. See this thread on the other cpdn forum.

Been running (Docking, Sudoku, SHA) on it a couple of days on an AMD quad......no problems yet. I\'m not running CPDN on it, so can\'t speak to that, but I don\'t see why there would be a problem.

I should mention that I have a problem with the CUDA drivers, but I would expect to have some driver issues with a new OS.

My CUDA driver issue was resolved with a Microsoft Update driver download for a pre-release driver, which is also recommended by NVIDIA.
