Hi, Everyone:

I seem to have a problem and I don’t know if it is important or not. About 7days ago I completed my last AM3P. With no WU on my machine, I decided to cleanout old files by resetting the project. Afterward, I downloaded 2 Hadsm3mh models. They seem to be progressing well at 39% complete each. The problem is that since the reset the “Host Total” in the “Statistics” tab has been an absolutely flat line and the “Host Average” has been dropping like a stone.

Does this mean that the server is not getting my trickles for this machine. RAC seems to be holding steady.

The messages (shown below) seem to indicate that trickles are being received.

I think that I have figured out what is going on, but, not why. As I stated above since resetting the project new “Host Total” and “Host Average” has not been registering on my HP computer. “Host Total” has remained flat and “Host Average” is steadily dropping. My RAC has not dropped.

I now know why the RAC has not dropped. The “Host Average” on my Acer machine has doubled from about 575 to over 1100. Apparently since the reset the server has been crediting all trickles to the Acer.

Will this continue indefinitely? Will it go back to normal once it has finished the current WU’s (in about 10 days) and downloaded new ones? Would detaching and reattachment (once the present WU\'s are finished) fix this?

You seem to have a lot of models listed as \"detached\". Not sure, but I think that this means that the computer processing them has been given a new ID. And one of the ways that this happens is by Detaching from the project.

Doing this again is unlikely to fix your credits, as the totals are independent of the computer ID that created them.

Do you have more \"computers\" shown on your account than you actually have?

And did you move a model from one computer to the other?
Doing this causes the server to re-assign the credits and other data to the new computer.

******************

As for your 1st post, that list just shows that trickles have been sent, NOT that they\'ve been received, or by which computer ID.
To see this, just look at the trickle list for each model on your account on the server.

The most common reason for a drop in credits, is that a model has rewound, in which case it won\'t get any more credit until it is re-crunched passed the point where it was before the rewind.
