Hello all, I couldnt find similar thread to my problem in this forum. I installed climateprediction at my work, attached with my existing BOINC account but I created climateprediction.net account with the same e-mail but different username. Now in BOINC combined stats this project appears for different user. I tried to change my climateprediction.net account\'s username to original BOINC account\'s username but didnt work. Changed \"Original climateprediction.net Username\" and also didnt help. My english is not the best and I hope you can understand what i mean. Is it possible to merge the stats? Thanks. |

Hi Musa, welcome to the forum. Your English is excellent. I\'ve looked at your BoincStats details. It\'s an external website which gives details of Boinc users at all their projects. BoincStats has listed you twice. Here only for ClimatePrediction: http://boincstats.com/search/all_projects.php?cpid=6ae42a6bb1722e8094009d4b1fb07cf0 and here for Seti, Einstein and MilkyWay: http://boincstats.com/search/all_projects.php?cpid=b1b7062d5a62477721d2a920140c57b0 Different usernames at different projects don\'t matter. If you want you can have a different name at every project, though it isn\'t a good idea. But we must have the same email address at every project. Boinc identifies us by our email address. You must have given a different email address for ClimatePrediction. Go to your ClimatePrediction account. It\'s in the blue menu on the left, in the Taking part in CPDN section. Please edit your personal details; change the email address and make it the same as at the other three projects. Then in Boinc manager in the Projects tab highlight ClimatePrediction and click the Update button. That will inform the CPDN server of the change. Then highlight each other project one by one and click Update each time. This will inform all the other servers. After approx two days you should combine into one Boinc person. Cpdn news |

Well I checked again and e-mail for all my projects is the same. Other thing is that when i was changing \"Original climateprediction.net Username\" MilkyWay\'s stats were jumping between two BOINC stats - one day with Seti/Einstein and one day with ClimatePrediction and other stats were getting negative credits for that day. I didnt press \"Update\" button for my projects at home, will do it after work and will see. |

How do you have the projects assigned to your computers Musa? If CPDN is the only project running on your work computer it will never be linked with your other projects. "The ultimate test of a moral society is the kind of world that it leaves to its children." - Dietrich Bonhoeffer |

I attached them from BOINC client - \"Tools->Attach to project or account manager...\". I did the same as i did at home. At work I attached to CPDN and MilkyWay. Should i pause MilkyWay for few days to see if it will fix this problem? |

That is NOT what Thyme Lawn said. For the cpid to propagate across projects when using more than one computer, there MUST be a link between projects on the various computers. The simplest way is for ALL computers to run ALL projects. But it works if each computer has the same project as another computer. e.g one computer has SETI, cpdn and MilkyWay. And a second computer has Milky way. Then the cpid propagates via MilkyWay, IF you \"Update\" the projects on each computer in the correct order. |

Musa\'s CPID seems to have propagated now. User page now shows stats for the other 3 projects. Having CPDN and MilkyWay on the same computer allowed that to happen, but only because the computer\'s also attached to Einstein.
