There only two things that matter:
1) You MUST use the SAME email address for ALL projects.
2) If you have more than one computer, then there must be a path from one computer to another, by means of the projects being run.

i.e. The easiest way, is for all projects to be on all computers. But this isn\'t necessary, IF you follow a simple rule, which is sometimes hard to understand.

As you appear to only have one computer, it\'s your email that\'s a problem.
If you\'ve changed this since joining the BBC project, then that will remain isolated, as it\'s finished and been shut down, so you can\'t go back to change it.

As for \"all my others\", (projects), a list of these should appear at the bottom of your Accounts \'Home page\', which they don\'t.
Before going further, I\'ll wait to hear from you about your email account(s).

(To see how the list of all projects should appear, click on my name to the left of this post, and look at the bottom of the page.)

Even if all of the conditions Les gave are satisfied the CPID alignment might not happen (and CPDN definitely won\'t appear on stats sites) until you have some credit.

Bother! I missed the obvious. :(
I saw the join date of 2006 and didn\'t think to look at credit.
That must have been Carl\'s \'auto join\' date for BBC members.

Yes indeed; you need credit to be a \'real\' member of a project. Otherwise you\'re just a forgotten account.

And while we have your attention, please look at and subscribe to the News and Announcements thread.
This is where info about matters affecting crunchers is posted, and there are currently some problems that you need to be aware of.

Hi thanks for the info, however I am using the same email address as before and have gone into bbc site to check and double check this. As for my other projects as you can see from my signature I am running quite a few, so am confused as to why they dont show for me. I assume by needing credit you mean recent credit as I do have credit on BBC of 14,256. Maybe I need to wait until I receive some work and see what happens? Thanks for the link I will check it out asap

BBC was a separate project. Credits we earned on BBC appear in our CPDN accounts but aren\'t added to our CPDN credits.

Hi Guys, I have now returned some credit, and some of my other projects are now showing though not all. However my CPID has still not adjusted, any ideas please?

I think that it\'s just a matter now of waiting patiently for your computer to contact each of the missing projects.

Or you could select each of them in the projects tab, and then click the update button.
But you\'ll still need to wait a day or so afterwards for each of the projects to create their export files, and then for the stats sites to collect the data and integrate it with what they already have.

Thank you, hopefully I am getting there now. Am wondering however if the fact that a couple of my projects have not released any work for months ie wanless if this may actually be causing the problem? Will wait until next week and see if I have any progress, thanks for your patience with me.

fab, my other projects returning results have now migrated to the new CPID generated by this project, hopefully I can now get my sig and stats sorted out as Boinc all projects stats is showing me with two CPID\'s neither of which match the one I currently have.
