Hi. I'm new. Set up BOINC on three computers. Turns out, one of them is too old and feeble to get any work done. The time remaining just kept growing and growing. I removed all the projects and uninstalled BOINC on that one. I checked my account, and that PC is still listed: 1094498
Not sure how to delete it from my account. Sorry to leave those tasks hanging. I thought removing a project in BOINC would notify the project. My bad.

With other projects, you apparently can remove computers.

But not with this project. Once a model is started, the computer needs to stay there so that in the future, researchers can check on the type of computer that was associated with those models.

All computers that don't get used for 30 days are removed from displaying on the page of computers, but can still be viewed by clicking on Show: All computers

The only way to inform the project that a model will no longer be processed, is to Abort each one before Detaching.
