Of three users on my team, only one (debco33) lost any points; 1,306 according to BOINCstats.

On a positive note, this is probably the first time I've seen our team position increase by around 250 places when our daily credit is negative!

If your credit doesn't look right, please post here and let me know the details. I will also need to know where you've been keeping track of it, e.g. by looking at your work page here or on a BOINC stats site.

Hi,
yesterday I had 98,204 credits, today they're 31,857: I lost 66,347 credits.

Thanks for your attention.

Best regards!

Mine are back (not visible on BOINCstats yet)

The funny part is : it isn't visible here yet either, just the sched_reply seems to know about it.

edit : Sorry, nothing in sched_reply either, it used an old value because "Project is temporarily shut down for maintenance" :-/

It's probably going to take another 24 hours or more to sort everything out. I'm restoring the last backup overnight so that we can identify what's gone missing.

Don't know if I need to post this at this point, but from Boincstats, yesterday total credit:
2,139,070
Today total credit:
567,993
So 1,571,076 was subtracted from my total...

BOINCstats: 4,573,276.33
My Account: 3,606,683

So 966,593 missing.
As Milo says, most likely from the results archived a year or so back.

edit
Actually, Milo said that he ran the archive scripts again, so some/all of this may be from the new archiving.
If you look at how long people have been on the project, and compare this with the amount they've lost, it can be seen that the longer, the more lost, as it's all from old results.

I have lost 2,494.80 credits. However, the related tasks (UK Met Office HadSM3 Slab Model) are also gone, for which these credits were granted.

31,325.96 credits (BOINCstats)
33,635.46 credits (Boinc Manager)
33,820.76 credits (sum of my Excel list)

This I had found in a comparison of the CPDN task list with a copy of my Excel list. The current status of credits, therefore, apparently refers only to the tasks that are in your Task List.

I agree. I've lost 88,544 acc. to BOINCstats and this is far more than I have crunched so far in 2010. So this should be from 2009 or even earlier.

Hello Micha9791

I see that you joined CPDN on 22 May 2009 and you have lost credit. This date is after Carl's previous database archive. I think he archived models before April 2009. But there could be more than one block of disappeared tasks/workunits.

I see you have an Excel list of the models you've processed. You say a HadSM model has disappeared. Where has it disappeared from? (Where was it before?)

I also see you have 7 computers. Here's the list. Do you know which computer the HadSM model was on?

Do you know from your Excel list the task number and/or the workunit number of the HadSM that has disappeared? Preferably both numbers if you have them.
