Hello!
This question is addressed to project team at first (maybe, somebody will explain something).
Problem.
All my computers, located at home, are accessing Internet through very! slow GSM (mobile) connections.
So, current HadAM3P- tasks are too big for downloads, which are almost impossible.
What is the nearest future? Is it possible - some batches of FAMOUS or HadCM3L tasks will be generated again?
Regards...

The current problems with this forum not being available for a few hours each day, as well as the missing credits exports, is apparently due to the daily backups. These are taking so long now, with the terabytes of stored data, that the other things, as mentioned above, as well as general access to the database, is impossible at times.

Hiro has been trying to load a batch of new FAMOUS data sets into the system, but is being blocked by access difficulties. Otherwise there would be lots more FAMOUS to crunch right now.
There's no knowing when this will be resolved.

As for the HadCM3L, there's some, of the geoengineering variety, that are currently being beta tested.
It's early days yet, with lots of 'problems' still to resolve.
And the output zip files are just under 50 megs each. This will get reduced in size before release, but the final size won't be known for weeks.
