There are four work units that are shown in My Account task list as In Progress that don't have. I know in four or five months this will rectify itself when the deadline passes. In the meantime, is there a way to synchronize what is on my computer with what the project thinks I have? There may be some scientist waiting for these results and they are never going to be returned. |

They sound like phantom models, caused by an attempt at sending them when the server is having problems. A lot of people get them from time to time. There's nothing that can be done about them. If they only had one initial issue, and the researchers need them, they can be re-issued later. Backups: Here |

Thanks Les. I sort of thought that might be the answer. |

In the meantime, is there a way to synchronize what is on my computer with what the project thinks I have? If the computer has returned all it's CPDN-work, a detach and re-attach to CPDN should normally mark any missing models as "client detached". |
