I've been puzzled for a few busy days on why CPDN shows me 2 systems of the 12 I have been running, and shows me as having Joined back on Feb 6, 2011.

I actually joined in October, 2005, so what's going on?
Where did all of my records go??

This is most likely due to you creating a new account in February.

BillN - are you Bill Nicholls, as per this thread?

If so, definitely due to new user name.

A user name search for "root" returns this list which has 6 users with that name joining in October 2005. The most likely match is 104025 (10 hosts listed with the most recent scheduler contact being on 17th September 2009).

I'm BACK!
It's been hell on roller skates since 2012.

In the middle of 2012, I had a brain stroke that took me until late 2013 to make full recovery. The consequences were totally mental - my IQ dropped a small amount - enough to notice, not enough to disable me, and my memories took random hits, but I am slowly relearning. Physically I'm fine - getting back in shape to go back to my Karate training in another month.

The biggest headache has been the ^(*(* paperwork. I recovered to find approx six feet deep of paper waiting for me, and this has been the longest job to fix. I'm almost there, another month should get me current.

I've got three systems up, only 1 crunching, but more to come.
Boy, is it nice to be back!

Welcome back, Bill. Good to see that you are on the mend. (Back in my USAF days, there was a joke: When the weight of the paperwork equals weight of the aircraft, you are cleared for takeoff! [Good luck with that.])

[Edit: Are you in the account you want to be?]
