My record was checked, no active 'eu' tasks but 'Suspended' or 'Waiting to run' PNW task records look the same as yours. (None of my Regional tasks are currently running and haven't been for days.) It must be an artifact of recent server changes; I trust it'll all be straightened out in due course. The thing bugging me is "View this result on results.cpdn.org" at the bottom of our task pages. It's not present for tasks marked "completed" ... Perhaps it's a symptom.
