The Boinc Manager is telling me that I'm 8 days over due and that I might not receive credits. Then says I might consider aborting.

Does this mean any further work my computer does will not be used? Or only that I won't receive credits? (I don't care about credits or any of that). Is this project now over?

Duncan - that "consider aborting" thing is a feature of Boinc that is used by other projects that have very short work units.

Climateprediction.net will still accept and give credit for work received after the due date. More important, the scientists will still make use of the results.
