I've submitted several sets of results but haven't gotten any credit. Does anyone know what's going on or how to fix this?

There are project problems.
There are several threads in the Number crunching section about it, and several posts in the News and Announcements thread at the top of that section.

I don't give out my email to people I haven't met but looking at the completed work units and the credit granted for them, under your account I don't see any obvious discrepancy. The credit is based on the trickles so even the units that errorred out the credit still goes through except of course when they error out right at the start.

This is covered in a sticky in the Number Crunching forum. Pending credits are not used here.

Your Total Credits are your credits. I'm not sure where you see Pending Credits. I only see Claimed and Total.

It's on the Your account page at the Pending credit link.

The page opened by that link lists tasks which have been marked as valid by the server. That never happens at CPDN because the project doesn't run a validator (all completed tasks are equally valid) and credits are allocated on the trickle messages returned at fixed points (at the end of each model month for HadAM3P tasks, at the end of each model year on every other task type). Most other BOINC project grant credit after a task has successfully passed the validation process.

You have been repeatedly informed that CPDN has its own credit system and does not use boinc's system. 'Claimed credit' is NOT used in CPDN's system. You have no unawarded credit.

By the way, it does no good for you to post the same thing in more than place on these boards.

Those credits are already included in your total, as I tried to explain here.

Compare your list with the lists of completed and in progress tasks for your computer. Task number 13511229 was run on another computer and appears in its error list because it ended with a detach. All of the tasks in your pending list are on the 3 links I've given and the credits have already been granted:

13511229 6946385 1182841 252.40 - detached
13994341 7877251 1206896 2,386.39 - completed
14016671 7872658 1206896 2,505.31 - in progress
14063170 7902994 1206896 597.84 - in progress
14063374 7903036 1206896 796.57 - in progress
14153930 7950090 1206896 200.40 - in progress
14153932 7950092 1206896 399.11 - in progress
14228029 7932353 1206896 399.11 - in progress
14269146 7944885 1206896 2,386.39 - completed
14269200 7922826 1206896 2,386.39 - completed
14269201 7915122 1206896 2,386.39 - completed
14269216 7983699 1206896 2,386.39 - completed

I expect 14659675 (reported as completed this morning) will be added to your pending credit list after the next daily run of the credit script.

Short version. New credit script has a problem. old weekly one being run now which will restore things to where they should be.

For more detail see the thread in the number crunching section of the boards.
