Hadcm3n INVALID THETA ?

In the last 2 weeks 3 hadcm3n running here failed with "INVALID THETA" My machines have 4 hadcm3n running now. My understanding is that "INVALID THETA" indicates a problem with the model, parameters or forcings, not usually a machine problem. Hope this second follow-on batch of hadcm3n don't have too much attrition from this INVALID THETA problem. I only let my faster machines have the hadcm3n, account of tight deadlines, and, we hear, another follow-on set with tight deadlines coming as soon as this batch is done. |
