As have many others, I've recently experienced the problem of wasting cycles crunching a WU that's been canceled.

Sure, if I constantly spent time reviewing the boards, I'll eventually catch them, but I really do have other things to do.

I don't know how others feel about it, but I'd prefer that the project supply killer trickles for the WU's they know are bad.

I'd feel better if the WU's were killed immediately. Much better than feeling good than I finished a big WU, then discovering the project has known for days that it was all garbage, and that I just threw a lot of cycles out the window for no reason.

Sorry, but that's the way it is at present while the new people learn the ropes.

I discovered the problem of the incorrect value for fpops soon after the first lot was produced, and a cure was posted soon after that.
The un-issued models were deleted. And there was also a discussion about the best way to deal with models being run by people who don't look at the boards.

I argued against killing ALL faulty models on the grounds that a lot of people had posted about making the fpops fix, or were going to. Including myself.
So only those models that that had returned only a small number of trickles were killed.

As far as is know, all present models are fault free.
