A couple of months ago, my hard drive crashed, and I had to replace my hard drive. When I logged onto BOINC and connected to all of my projects, a new host was created (including for this project). I merged the hosts everywhere. However, on this project, there was still work sent to the old host that I barely started, but is not in BOINC. I understand that by default (I think), "Resend Lost Work" is off. I'm wondering if there's any way of aborting the workunits that are assigned to me, but I don't have, through the online interface. These WUs are due in March of next year, and one is due in April of next year. The affected WUs are: http://climateapps2.oerc.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc/workunit.php?wuid=8009946 http://climateapps2.oerc.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc/workunit.php?wuid=7102518 http://climateapps2.oerc.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc/workunit.php?wuid=7102506 http://climateapps2.oerc.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc/workunit.php?wuid=8008821 http://climateapps2.oerc.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc/workunit.php?wuid=8066156 Saikrishna |

Unless you made a backup copy of boinc folders to CD/DVD/thumb drive before the crash, the tasks cannot be recovered. The tasks will be carried on the server as 'in progress' until they time-out.
