Hi,

Workunit 7470227 (Computer 960478) has been stuck for some time now - 6 Nov. Was busy so didn't worry as these things normally sort themselves out, especially as I noticed you were having a few server issues.

I get the message that there is no internet access, but this isn't correct.

A few lunes from the Messages follow.

Any ideas, or do I just abandon it?

I assume there are still no more units available as I'm only running one at the moment.

There were some units there yesterday evening and the number of tasks in progress has gone up by about 1,000. However that is still a small number of units compared to the number of machines asking for work so luck still plays a large part in whether you get any or not.

Way back then, there were server problems, and as a result some of the many files needed didn't get transferred to the correct server when they were created.
When it was worked out what was wrong, the affected batch of data sets were deleted from the servers and a new batch created after the servers were fixed.

So anyone who still has one of these stuck downloads should abort them.
