Having the map showing temp/precipitation etc is interesting, but it doesn't really mean much. i.e. I can look at a location and see that it is hot, but then I can check the time of year and say "well, it is summer there."
What would be really great would be to have a chart showing average world temp compared to expected for the time (or 2-3 locations = 2-3 lines on the graph).
We could then see how it varies over the running of the model.

Agreed, that would be nice. I don't know how much work would be involved in changing it. All I use the graphics for is when I suspect a model has a problem to see if it is looping etc, but I know some people like the graphics and complain when they don't work.......
