I've noticed this a couple of time lately. Never noticed a problem before.

Is this a bug, or just me being unlucky??

Probably the later.
The error being Fortran, means that the message comes from the main program, which is written in Fortran.
It usually occurs when the program gets interrupted unexpectedly, in this case by the pausing. A few milliseconds either way, and it may not have happened.
