They are but different arrows pointing to the same place, if you have a favourite choose it ! The reason I ask is that the Gridcoin project would likely require a single consistent location to fetch stats from, in order to be whitelisted again. I'm not sure what the idea is behind having two different locations for the data, but it would probably be an easy fix. Also, I looked into it and the consensus seems to be that stats would have to be exported every 2 days in order to meet the whitelist requirements (which are themselves being regularly refined). This is due to the Gridcoin reward mechanism polling stats on various projects daily, and may enable users to game the system if a given project does not at least near that mark. Looking here, it seems the regular interval has been 7-8 days, and then an anomalous 20-day period occurred recently: https://boincstats.com/en/stats/2/project/detail/credit Unless you are a member of the Gridcoin community, this would not affect you. But there is quite a considerable amount of computation power within that team, that I'm sure CPDN would appreciate having on board. |

When they (CPDN website) are up and running the updates occur over the weekend (Sat/Sun) and you can see one has happened today at... https://www.cpdn.org/cpdnboinc/stats/[/quote] I see. Also, I found This post https://www.cpdn.org/cpdnboinc/forum_thread.php?id=8515&postid=57474 indicating stats are reported between two links interchangeably. Looking at both links (http://climateapps2.oerc.ox.ac.uk/stats/), this seems to be the case. Are there plans to have just one link in the future for the stats? |

Hi, do we have any further update on the credit reporting frequency? Is it still occurring on a consistent weekly basis? When they (CPDN website) are up and running the updates occur over the weekend (Sat/Sun) and you can see one has happened today at... https://www.cpdn.org/cpdnboinc/stats/ |

We Just had our 3rd Credit Export on a weekly 7 day interval. The rest of the world knows we are here and generating science. Yeah !!! Is there a problem with the credit posting? The credit script runs only once a week, usually on Saturday. The new credits totals appear sometime on Sunday. Export of credit info to external stat sites takes place “whenever”. It has occurred the last 2 weeks, but, not for several weeks before that. |

While waiting for for Dave to return and resume development of the Daily Scripts. What is the Scheduled run day for the Weekly Credit Scripts ? That is Andy returning not me. I think the weekly script is running on Saturdays at the moment, certainly it is at weekends. |

Weekly Credit Scripts. While waiting for for Dave to return and resume development of the Daily Scripts. What is the Scheduled run day for the Weekly Credit Scripts ? I ask this as I am angling to have Credit Export run shortly after the internal Credit Script. I suspect that as Andy at the project set up the daily script and normally looks after this side of things, the new one won't be implemented (even assuming no problems with it) till after he gets back. I don't know how many weeks he is away for as, "a few" is what I was told. I think he has been away for two weeks so far. |

Does anyone know the progress of the testing of the new daily credit script? They have been testing it at least month now. Any idea when it might go online. |

As of the time of this posting BOINC STATS has not posted an update for this project. The last BOINC STATS update was a "TEAM" update time stamped at 2017-11-06 18:21:41 UTC (29 days 23:02:56 old) so we are one month out as of today on external stats updates. It seems that there is still something wrong with the credit process. I started a task on 10Oct2017 it completed 19Nov2017. After the first trickle, about 20Oct, it got about 3K credits. A second trickle about 30Oct received no credit. With the task now completed for over two weeks and over 3 weekends when the script supposedly runs, there is still only the 3K credits for the task. I am user #143747 and the task is 20824144. |

Thanks, I know the person who normally deals with this is away for a few weeks so don't know if Sarah and Mamun who were going to look at it have had a chance yet. I know that there are some other issues such as the stuck uploads that Andy normally deals with as well. If I don't hear anything by about Thursday I will think about emailing them again but at least I know it is on their to do list. |

...Can someone who looks at these things tell me if it has been picked up by external sites yet? thanks. Not yet at BOINCstats; however, I don't think they pick up any available update until later in the day. That also assumes they are looking in the right directory for the export (which has been an issue in the past). |

Credit updated when I looked this morning. Can someone who looks at these things tell me if it has been picked up by external sites yet? thanks. Nothing has appeared yet (at Free-DC or Formula Boinc) it might need more time but the usual place for collecting stats is still listing files not updated since November... https://www.cpdn.org/cpdnboinc/stats/ |

Hopefully this will be sorted soon. Thanks for this. Andy would normally deal with this and is away for the next few weeks. Mamun will be in later in the week so I will take a look with him then and see whether we can see what is going on. |
