Hi,
Wondering what I should set the page swap file to in Boinc?
I have allocated 200 GB of the hard drive, and have 4 GB RAM.

I assume from your question that you are getting notifications from Windows that it is enlarging the paging file. How many cores (both physical and virtual) do you have, and how many of them do you use to run CPDN model at once? Also how much RAM? If I remember right, Windows will automatically increase the size of the paging file as needed.

If possible you might want to consider increase the size of your RAM. Memory is cheap these days. Doubling it would help a lot. Constantly swapping data between the RAM and the swap file will significantly slow down the processing of the models. CPDN models are big, much bigger than most other types of models. One GB of RAM per model is minimum. Two per running model is not excessive.
