In itself that does not worry me, but it does chew through my upload quota at a great rate. Is tehre any way to disable the upload for a while? (This is a completed task, and I have other tasks running, so I do not want to just disable network traffic.)
4) Questions and Answers : Windows : Upload fails continually (Message 44348) Posted 10 Jun 2012 by ggrinton Post: My current model, hadam3p_eu_cgum_2001_1_007979983_2, is generating result .zip files of about 13MB, but the upload continually fails. The upload gets to 100%, and then just sits for a while, before deciding it has failed and needs to restart. So far I have two zip files in this state (_1 and *_2). Should I just abort the current model (and presumably lose credit for the hours already elaposed)? Thanks.
5) Questions and Answers : Windows : Request failure: return value of -106 (Message 21519) Posted 23 Mar 2006 by ggrinton Post: I see this regularly when I boot my machine. because of the firewall/gateway I need to use, the network is not active when BOINC starts; even when the network link is activated, BOINC still reports this error. To resolve the problem i need to stop and restart BOINC after the network link is activated. Geoffrey
