Post: Hello, I recently returned to CPDN after several years. I have been crunching along for about a week now on my 1 computer, but haven't received any credit. I have completed 6 wah2 tasks so far. Did I read correctly that credit is only handed out once every few weeks now? My one cruncher is not a Mac, running Win10. Thanks, |

Post: That computer really has been turning in a lot of completed models and doing an impressive amount of work. Thanks for noticing! :) Unless you plan to run work from a CUDA project on that graphics card, stick with BOINC 6.2.19 for the time being. You\'ll see from the project News thread (top of the Number Crunching section) that this is what the CPDN moderators are advising for the time being. I do use the GTX 260 to crunch on GPU Grid, so unfortunately I need to stick with 6.5.0 for the time being. The good news is that I downloaded another CPDN model today on that host. I\'m sure as I clear out some of the other work units it will grab more eventually and be running CPDN and GPU Grid 24/7. Thanks for the advice mo.v. |
