Les,

Okay. Now I understand. I didn\'t mean to be offensive, but I really did not understand and really want to crunch numbers in the climate projects.

Thanks for being a moderator.

[quote]Well, my frist thought was: this person hasn\'t read the announcements on the BBC forum.
So I\'m posting a few links to announcements for you.
Announcemant on BBC site
Announcement on cpdn site
cpdn News
My notes for BBC people who want to continue

Hey Les,

Thanks for the sarcastic response.

I am already a participant in all 3 climate studies, and simply updated the BBC site. I didn\'t knoww hat to expect, but ClimatePrediction had not sent me a download in months so I thought I would try BBC just to see. BBC transferred several files (including Hadcm3), and no project started. I just wanted to know happened and why.

Does anybody have an answer to my obviously stupid question?

Thanks.

I updated the project to get new work (BBC), and several files downloaded but no new work appears in the \"Task\". Any thoughts?

Thanks

I\'m sure this has been discussed before. My sulphur cycle model crashed going from Phase 4 to Phase 5. The messages listed the reason as an unrecoverable error. The following message is listed in my results folder:

<core_client_version>5.8.0</core_client_version>
<![CDATA[
<message>
<file_xfer_error>
<file_name>sulphur_hjhb_100818399_1_4.zip</file_name>

</file_xfer_error>
<file_xfer_error>
<file_name>sulphur_hjhb_100818399_1_5.zip</file_name>
<error_code>-161</error_code>
</file_xfer_error>

</message>
]]>

Is there anything I can do?
