I updated the BOINC client sometime after having posted the question but was deferred for some 15 hrs so I couldn\'t yet see if that was indeed the problem as it turned out to be. I also have SETI@Home running on the same BOINC client and it runs without problems. Thanks in advance.

I ended up taking your advice and moved the completed WU directories elsewhere and archived them for safe-keeping should they ever be needed. Ended up with just a tad over 400MB in use vs. the 1.82GB earlier.

I have set in the preferences, that it may not use more than 1GB of discspace, yet even as I write this, the BOINC host program shows 1.82GBs of discspace being in use by the Climateprediction.net client. If it\'s of any use, the BOINC host program is version 4.19 (x86, Win2K) and the Climateprediction.net client is apparently version 4.13 if I deduce the version number correctly. Any ideas?
