Just to make sure you are using boinc 4.05, correct?
Since you are attached to the same project it should be 50% each. Is it anywhere near that?

That is the new Boinc 4.x scheduler. They say it should allow better scheduling of your percent run for each project.

The author on his web site said the RPC calls changed in Boinc 4.0. The author said the RPC stuff is not fully there yet, but it sounds like he is here testing the program.

I did not think you could use Boinc 4.xx for seti yet??? On the other hand I know your problem will happen when we can use them all.

The weird part is that I clicked on "Website" and it ran the benchmarks a few hours after starting boinc.
